I've worked with Rita on the volunteer NaFila project. She managed to flawlessly coordinate and motivate a distributed team of ~10 designers with multiple competencies (Graphic, UX/UI, and Motion). Her success was key to enabling the remaining volunteer team (Developers, Marketeers, Support, etc) and achieve an MVP in record time in such a challenging context as the initial outbreak of Covid-19.
Working with someone as easy-going, and at the same time professional like Rita makes everything so much easier.

As Educational Methods Commissioner of Corpo Nacional de Escutas, I've been working with Rita in the development of tools for the young scouts. To be attractive to them, design is fundamental in this process. Rita, as a former scout, understood exactly the context and helped us to find the best way, taking into account the public that is going to use them. Rita tools are used by 60.000 Portuguese scouts and are a success. We are going to work with Rita again, definitely .
